Cervantes Institute has presented a website created by the Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia (Extenda), on studying Spanish in Andalusia for Polish people.
The Digital Platform ERE (Spanish as an economic resource) in Poland www.hiszpanskiwandaluzji.pl is dedicated exclusively to offer Spanish language academies in Andalusia. The portal is aimed at Spanish teachers and students from schools, colleges and bilingual universities in Poland.
In particular, the presentation took place on 18th of March under the 'Meeting of teachers of ELE in Poland III', which included various workshops. The presentation of Andalusian schools is a long-term work, which has been available since June 2011, in schools, colleges and universities, as well as in Internet. People can select one of the Andalusian cities such as Granada, Seville, Cadiz and Malaga to learn Spanish.
More than 40 language schools and information on accomodation, transportation services, hospitality and tourism are available on this website for Polish students who are eager to come and learn Spanish in Andalucia.
According to data from Extenda, Andalusia and Madrid are the most valued destinations for Polish students and represents more than 40 percent of the nation's language tourism. The education sector of Spanish and language tourism to Spain is becoming a greater role in Poland due to the growing importance of Spanish in the education system, which also relates a strong presence of Spanish companies in Poland. And in this sense the structure of Spanish language schools in Andalucía fits very well with the Polish student's needs.
