University of Alcala organises 5 new summer courses.

The University of Alcala has recently extended its summer course programme, offering courses in September and October.
The first course to take place will be held between the 1st and 3rd of September at the School of Nursing and Physiotherapy, and will focus on edemas. Entitled “Edema and Lymphedema: updating physiotherapeutic approaches" it will look at the causes and locations of such conditions.
The course “Control and balance: translating research into evidence-based practice” will take place from the 9th to the 11th of September, and will analyse balance control in relation to sensory involvement, motor and cognitive balance in both healthy people, the eldery and people with neurological conditions.
Other courses throughout September will include “Advanced Physical invasive myofascial pain syndrome”, which centre on diagnosis and new technique with regards to myofascial trigger points; and “The legal routine and taxation issues of renewable energy” which will discuss the main legal problems in the sector of clean energy resources.
The final course will take place on the 27th and 28th of October and will examine the role of religion in the configuration of the Spanish nation and the construction of national identity in the interwar years, “Catholicism and Nation Interwar Spain in European perspective"
